Rosslare: Man hospitalised after falling from ferry.

A man has been taken to Wexford General Hospital for treatment after he fell from a ferry in Rosslare Harbour.

At approximately 6PM, it was reported that a man on the Oscar Wilde ferry had fallen overboard.

The man was recovered from the water by the ship’s rescue raft and taken back to Rosslare Harbour, where he was treated by a waiting ambulance crew.

His injuries are not believed to be serious.
