The weather this weekend will be mixed. Saturday will be largely dry with a mix of cloud and sunny spells and a high of 16°C, while Sunday will be wet and windy with rain through much of the day. Southwesterly winds will gust up to 40 km/h, and temperatures will reach a high of around 15°C.
Ten events are taking place over the weekend, spanning workshops, talks, family creativity, comedy, live music, and art exhibitions. Highlights include the Build School mini-festival at SOWN, the national Cruinniú na nÓg day of free creativity for children, and a sold-out performance by Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra at the National Opera House.

Ireland’s National Day of Free Creativity for Children and Young People takes place on Saturday 6 June across County Wexford. Free events are scheduled at libraries and venues in Enniscorthy, Gorey, New Ross, Wexford Town, Bunclody, Taghmon, and Clonroche, with highlights including lantern making, shelter building, a Creative Youth Lab showcase, and theatre workshops.
