Murder accused James “Chuck” Connors, from Drinagh, County Wexford, is set to be released on bail.
Connors stands accused of the murder of Jason Ryan, which occurred on Wednesday 25 January 2012.

Ryan was pronounced dead after being stabbed several times outside his home in Hollyville Heights, Wexford.
Connors’ court date had been postponed to 30 November 2015 because of what the courts called “an unavailability of judges.”
Today, solicitors acting on behalf of the accused applied to the High Court to reduce the amount of surety required for his release.
In 2009, Connors was sentenced to five years in prison for an assault in which he repeatedly stamped on the victim’s head.
Connors will be pleading “Not Guilty” to the murder of Ryan.
