Local Wexford choir master Eanna McKenna has appeared before Wexford District Court on child pornography charges, according to the Wexford People.
The 38-year-old, who has previously worked as a secondary school Maths teacher, is accused of possessing hundreds of images and videos of child pornography.
Gardaí allege McKenna had 521 images and 167 videos on his computer on 12 June 2014.
The local choir master also faces charges of knowingly possessing child pornography for the purpose of distribution, publication, exportation, sale, or show between November 2010 and March 2011.
