The (8th) the annual Market House Festival in Gorey is set to take place from July 29th to 31st and organisers have announced this years headline act as ‘Cry Before Dawn’.
The festival is bringing the chart-topping band to the streets of Gorey for a performance not to be missed on Saturday July 30th. The band whose hits include ‘The seed that’s been sown’ and ‘Girl in the Ghetto’ have strong Wexford roots and are excited to return to Wexford an entertain festival-goers at this free open air gig.
Commenting on this years festival programme, one of the organisers Festival Chairman Cllr. John Hegarty said, “This year’s music line up in one of the best yet, it is going to be a fantastic number of days in Gorey as this one of the best family festivals in the South East. We are delighted to welcome Cry Before Dawn and announce the band as our headline act. We are also delighted to partner with J Donohoe BMW, Enniscorthy who are helping us to bring Cry Before Dawn to Gorey’s Main Street for this free to attend gig.”
The Gorey Market House Festival is a vibrant mix of music, family fun, traditional and vintage markets, busking, food, crafts and much more with many fringe events taking place throughout July.
