Eanna McKenna sentenced to three years over child abuse material.

Former music teacher and church organist, Eanna McKenna, has been sentenced to three years in jail on charges related to images and video of child abuse.

In July of 2016, McKenna (39) pleaded guilty to having 521 images and 159 video files of child abuse on a computer at his home in College Green in Wexford, in June of 2014.

McKenna also pleaded guilty plea to knowingly distributing material of child abuse.

McKenna, who was a well-known music teacher in Co Wexford, had given music lessons, both privately and at a number of Wexford secondary schools. McKenna had also worked as a secondary school Math teacher.
