Final countdown to the Wexford Has Talent Grand Final 2017

The final week of preparation is underway for the Wexford Has Talent Grand Final 2017, which takes place on Saturday, 11 February 2017 at Clayton Whites Hotel.

Fifteen finalists will take to the stage from 8pm to compete for the title of Wexford Has Talent 2017 champion and a cash prize of €2,000. Organisers will also announce two runner-up finalists, each awarded €500.

The Grand Final will showcase singing, ballet, opera, hip hop dance, harmony group performances, and musical theatre.

Singers taking to the stage include Éabha Carty, Will Troy Walsh, Caoimhe Troy, Jirat O’Neill, Hayley Crosbie, singer and guitarist Aaron McStein, 19-year-old Adi Roche O’Leary, 13-year-old Aoife Goodison, and 19-year-old Luke Hayes from Wexford Town. They will be joined by ballerina Sorcha Finn, operatic singer Emma Hore, 15-year-old musical theatre performer Caoimhe Boyle from Foulkesmills, pole artist Danielle Reck, hip hop dance troupe Hysteria from Wexford Town, and harmony group 7th Fret.

The judges for the Grand Final are Vicky Barron, Carmel Cornish Wallace, Sophie Wilson, and Catherine “Biddy” Walsh. The MC for the evening is Councillor Lawlor.

Tickets for the Grand Final are €15 and go on sale at Clayton Whites Hotel. The show commences at 8pm.
